PRODUCT

Professional Access and Premium Access include licensed trading framework files, platform-specific installation guides, research notes, performance reports, and access to the Elora Capital Partners Client Portal. The specific number of frameworks included depends on the package selected.
Following purchase, clients receive access to the secure Client Portal where all framework files, installation documentation, research materials, and supporting resources are available for download.
The frameworks are systematic and rule-based trading methodologies designed to provide structured market participation. Clients are responsible for installation, implementation, monitoring, and risk management decisions.

PLATFORMS

Yes. All supported frameworks include a NinjaTrader 8 version with installation instructions and supporting documentation.
Yes. All supported frameworks include a TradeStation 10 version with installation instructions and supporting documentation.
NinjaTrader and TradeStation are Windows-based platforms. Mac users may require virtualization software, remote desktop solutions, or a Windows environment. Platform compatibility remains the responsibility of the client.

LICENSING

The license is issued to a single user. You may install the framework on your personal devices provided the license remains under your sole control and use.
No. All framework files, research materials, documentation, and portal resources are licensed exclusively to the purchaser and may not be shared, redistributed, forwarded, resold, or uploaded to third-party websites.
No. All framework files, intellectual property, research materials, documentation, and related content remain the exclusive property of Elora Capital Partners. Your purchase grants a limited license to use the materials in accordance with the License Agreement.

PERFORMANCE

No. Trading involves substantial risk, and no guarantees are made regarding future performance, profitability, or suitability for any individual investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Live trading may differ from historical testing due to slippage, commissions, liquidity conditions, market volatility, order execution differences, data variations, brokerage infrastructure, and changing market environments.

SUPPORT

Support is provided for account access, file delivery, licensing questions, installation guidance, and resource availability. Support does not include strategy customization, coding modifications, platform troubleshooting, investment advice, trade recommendations, or individual portfolio management.
Our goal is to respond to support inquiries within 1–3 business days. Response times may vary depending on inquiry volume and complexity.
