Installation Guide

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to install your frameworks on supported platforms.

If you experience any issues, review the troubleshooting section or contact support.

PLATFORM INSTALLATION

NINJATRADER 8 INSTALLATION
1Open NinjaTrader 8

Launch NinjaTrader 8 and ensure your platform is connected to your market data provider.

Before proceeding, verify that NinjaTrader is functioning normally and that all workspaces load correctly.

VERIFY
  • NinjaTrader 8 opens successfully
  • Control Center appears
  • Data connection is active
  • Platform is updated to latest version
2Import Framework File

From the NinjaTrader Control Center, navigate to:

Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On

This menu allows you to import the framework package downloaded from your Client Portal.

VERIFY
  • Import menu located
  • NinjaScript Add-On selected
  • Ready to choose framework file
3Select ZIP File

Locate the framework ZIP file downloaded from your Client Portal.

Select the file and click Open.

Do not extract the ZIP file before importing.

  • File remains compressed
  • Ready for import
4Import & Confirm

Review the NinjaTrader import summary window.

Click Yes to confirm installation.

NinjaTrader will automatically install the framework components.

  • Import process completed
  • No error messages displayed
  • Installation confirmed
5Restart NinjaTrader 8

Close NinjaTrader completely.

Reopen NinjaTrader 8.

After restarting, your framework will be available within the platform.

IMPORTANT

Framework files are licensed for individual use only.

Do not distribute, share, upload, or redistribute framework files or supporting materials.

Your license is intended solely for the purchaser identified within the Client Portal.

Downloaded files are typically stored in:

Windows
C:\Users\[Username]\Downloads
Import Failed

Restart the platform and verify the ZIP file downloaded successfully.

Framework Not Visible

Restart the platform and verify import completed correctly.

Platform Version Issue

Ensure you are running the latest supported version.
